Hello everyone!
I hope this finds you all well both physically and emotionally, with the recent impact of the corona virus. I wanted to reach out and give you an update on our chiropractic care in these circumstances.
Our hours will be:
Monday and Wednesday from 7:30-11:30
Friday from 10:00-1:00
We are open and seeing patients that have a clinical need as outlined by the Department of Reglatory Agencies in Colorado as well as with the legal input of Colorado Integrated Care Network. This includes injuries that require acute care, typically with a pain severity above 6/10 on the pain scale, or the exacerbation of a previous injury or degenerative condition. People that are recovering from auto or work-related injuries will be seen per their care plan to prevent regression or deterioration of their status with discontinuing care also. Any pain that would lead someone to seek treatment at an urgent care or emergency room would also be considered. We are not presently providing “wellness care” per these guidelines to minimize risks.
When you call to schedule you will be asked if you have had fever, cough, or recent exposure to an infected individual within 14 days. When you arrive for your appointment you will not need to sign in as will check you in on the computer. You will then have your temperature checked to verify it is under 100 degrees, and you will go directly into Dr Doyle’s office.
- There will not be more than four people in the office at one time.
- All surfaces, tables, handrails of chairs, and countertops will be disinfected after each patient.
- Patients will be offered hand sanitizer wipes both before and after treatment.
- Dr Doyle will wear gloves for all treatments, and the staff doing physical therapy will do the same.
As this virus is contained and hopefully eliminated soon, we will resume normal hygiene practices.
In health,
David Doyle, DC, CSCS
